Below are pictures of the completed rear axle. We rebuilt the differential using new seal, bearings, and proper hardware. We refinished with red oxide primer for originality. This is the original differential and housing withthe correct 3.50 gears.

The next couple of photos show that the sheet metal is starting to be reassembled on this Boss. Due to our thorough prep work the lines are coming out perfectly as we begin to hang the doors and fenders.

The next set of photos show the Boss is back on the ground. We have installed the rear axle, rear suspension, and the front suspension. We have also started to instal the steering and braking compnonents. All of the compnonents have the proper finishes and attaching hardware.

The following pictures show the engine back in the engine bay. We will be adding the bolt on parts as we receive them. Some of the Boss 302 specific parts are already present like the heat sheild, lift hooks, alternator, smog equipment, and others. The brake lines were removed and cleaned. Lines that were crimped or in less than perfect shape were replaced.
